  • Turkey Carvery Roast is premium marinated Australian turkey breast – ready to roast.

  • Cooking Instructions

    • Thaw in refrigerator for at least 48 hours or until fully thawed. Remove from plastic packaging. DO NOT REMOVE FOIL. Place on rack in oven proof dish with 1⁄2 cup water. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cook for approx. 50 minutes per kilo. Remove foil and roast for the last 30 minutes of cooking time to brown.
